A Perspective on mass in learning

  One thing that spans the world is people. People's livelihood depends on something called “Education”. People living in more than two hundred countries of the world. The sole purpose of education is to make a good life after graduation. In this way, students who get education, people who is Employed after education, still a problem continues. We continue to learn through school education, college education and daily experiential education. Whether that learning satisfying them, is a question mark for many.

   There are many problems for students learning in classrooms. It is on a  situation where thirty or  sixty students are studying in a classroom. They taught by many subjects. Many subjects are taught like Tamil, English, Mathematics, Science, Social Science, Ethics, Computer. Whether thirty to sixty students in the classroom having the capability of understanding all the things is a questionable one. Among them, at least ten students will be able to understand all the subjects. The rest of the students will be stuck in the problem of understanding and not understanding.

   If the language skills of students who are stuck in such problems are taken care of, their learning outcomes will be better. As language skills fail to catch up with them, some people are unable to continue their education in schools and colleges and get stuck in the middle. Many people end up with memorizing and not knowing the language. However, language is the biggest challenge in student's way of learning. If the language skill is improvised to a person they will not suffer for any linguistic issue. So R.S Foundation took an aspect to cleave such issue. They forward many things to overcome such Linguistic problem. And so the main objective of the R.S Foundation is “Masses in Learning".
