Mr G. Karthikeyan is the Chairman and Founder of the R.S Foundation. He holds M.Sc, M.Phil, degrees in Biotechnology. In order to create a good environment for the students, through language in learning mass. He has taken the leadership responsibility of this institution and  implementing them effectively.

Dr. Jayanthi is the Secretary of the RS Foundation. She has a PhD in Tamil. She is doing her work for the students in the learning mass.
